Hearty Meal for All Ages

Wild Rice with Bison and Broccoli

1/2 cup Wild Rice
1 tsp or cube of bullion
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup broccoli
1/4 lb ground bison

Rinse wild rice in your favorite rice pot and add the boullion, salt, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil. And set timer for 35 min.

At 15 min, add broccoli and cook bison.

When timer goes off, toss in bison and mix.
